The highly insulated VENTAFLEX air ducts also work under extreme temperatures with a tolerance range of -40 to +80° Celsius. So it doesn't matter whether it's the height of summer outside: the valuable commodity “cooled air” is transported reliably and at a constant temperature over long distances to where it is needed.

Regardless of whether perishable goods or sensitive technology are involved, a consistently low temperature is a prerequisite for ensuring high product quality or a safe process flow. To achieve this, air must be transported from the air handling unit to its place of use without losses - in this case, without heating.
This is achieved reliably thanks to insulation and tightness, which characterize VENTAFLEX air ducts. Incidentally, this is why ice or frozen condensate is not an issue with our products ... vanilla, chocolate, caramel for the team on the other hand ... with pleasure.
Efficiency: more environmental protection and lower operating costs
The air cooled down to the right temperature should pass through the duct without any further energy input and arrive clean at its destination. VENTAFLEX air ducts offer the best conditions for this “path”: smooth surfaces prevent any air resistance or offer no opportunity for contamination.
