Advantage: Tightness

Tightness of the air duct system is a planning specification

According to the strict conditions of the VDI 6022 the planner of a construction project is obligated to largely ensure a leakage-free AC system. The used ducts and their connection account for a large portion for the tightness of the ventilation system. VENTAFLEX air ducts and the connecting VentaSnap clamps cleary have demonstrably 83% less air loss than defined in the recommended minimum requirement of class C.

TÜV-tested quality of VENTAFLEX

Before marketing VENTAFLEX products have to go through extensives tests. After passing different in-house test procedures independant institutes are assigned to test the air ducts for highest quality standards. TÜV Nord confirms the extraordinary tightness of the VENTAFLEX air duct system in its reports.

Signed and sealed for tightness class ATC 2!

VENTAFLEX air ducts have tightness class ATC 2

VENTAFLEX products exceed the demanding requirements of tightness class ATC 2 (former D). On the one hand this means highest hygiene by avoiding condensate and on the other hand great energy efficiency, because there is no loss in air-, volume flow and no thermal loss.
