Rotafusion Method – made in Germany

Especially for air ducts for underground installation there are only a handful of convincing solutions on the market – often the ducts are used, which were originally designed for other applications. Compromises regarding handling, hygiene, insulation and finally costs are always planned.

The „regular product“ of VENTAFLEX, the pre-insulated VENTAFLEX air duct, has been a gladly used alternative to the common concrete- and plastic pipes.

In order to optimize the underground air transport further and to adapt the ducts even better to the underground environment, we decided to develope an entirely new product.

The LAVANTUS air duct for underground installation is the result of longstanding research- and development work, which was finally successful in the invention of the unique, patented Rotafusion Method.
In order to finally meet the requirements of an air duct for underground installation, VENTAFLEX built an unit specially made for this purpose and has been producing in Germany since then.
