Practice Report 42: Fresh air at meat processing

The ventilation of the working places in the new plant of Diviande – producer of frozen meat – is subject to strict requirements. The flexibility and the hygienic characteristics of the VENTAFLEX® ventilation systems convinced planners and building contractors.

According to the customer’s wish and in cooperation with the technical building equipment planners very individual air outlets were produced for this project among other things. A ventilation unit delivers 50.000m³/h. The air is distributed over more than 100m ducts in a diameter of 580 to 1270mm – up to the custom-made outlets. This way the fresh air supply of the plant can take place during the production. The production halls are cleaned and disinfected subsequently, the contaminated air absorbed from the hall and fresh air blown into the hall.
