Task
This long-established company, which has been in business for over 60 years, is a leading partner for the manufacture, filling, decoration, packaging, and shipping of hygiene and health products. The company's philosophy is very much in tune with the times, aiming for a high level of sustainability in terms of quality standards, social issues, and the environment. The ventilation system at the production site in Lengerich was therefore in need of comprehensive energy-efficient renovation. As is often the case with existing buildings, installation on the roof was the obvious choice. Four criteria played a role in the selection of the system: high energy efficiency, hygiene certification according to VDI6022, the availability of large duct dimensions, and low material weight. VENTAFLEX air ducts meet these requirements 100% without exception – so the choice was not difficult. Another attractive feature for the client was that the individual production of special components allows adaptation to the specific conditions. After the planning phase and production at the VENTAFLEX site in Altenberge, five large truckloads of material rolled towards Lengerich.
