Vision, concept, implementation: this has always been VENTAFLEX’s recipe for success. In line with this principle, Volker Stumpf, the company’s long-standing managing director, has taken a carefully considered decision. From 1 July this year, he will be stepping down from day-to-day operations and handing the company over to capable hands: in future, Alexander Mersch, a long-standing employee of VENTAFLEX, will take over as managing partner. With immediate effect, the majority shareholder of VENTAFLEX GmbH is Cornus Holding GmbH, an investment holding company specialising in German-speaking SMEs.

The value of a company can – if one wishes – be measured in figures. However, our corporate philosophy has always been much broader in scope: at VENTAFLEX, in-depth expertise and a pioneering spirit go hand in hand with a strong sense of responsibility. Personal contact, advice and service have always been key elements of our day-to-day business. It was this commitment, together with our enthusiasm for continuous development, that won over our new partner – and so we will continue to run our business in this spirit.
Growth is "inevitable"
Thanks to new product innovations, the near future is set to be a turbulent one at VENTAFLEX – in a positive sense. And we won’t be stopping there: drawing on the experience of Dr Manuela Rabener and Mr Michael Widowitz, the owners of Cornus Holding GmbH, we will be increasingly making our mark on the international stage with our products. We look forward to working with them!
